A wedding is more than a day. It is the beginning of a new chapter – and that deserves someone who thinks beyond the ordinary. Someone who doesn't fill in the blanks, but figures out what is truly needed to create something that feels right. From our first conversation, I ask the questions others don't ask, think ahead where you haven't yet arrived yourselves, and help you make choices you will look back on with a smile later.
From there, I take over everything. From suppliers to logistics, from the initial idea to the moment you step onto the dance floor and think of nothing else. Because on your wedding day, you only need to think about one thing: each other.
HOW WE WORK
I don't believe in fixed packages. I do, however, believe in guidance that suits where you are and how much you want to do yourself. That is why I work with two tracks: both transparent, personal, and tailored to your day, with no surprises afterwards. Which track suits you best depends on your situation, and we will figure that out together in an initial meeting.
WEDDING PLANNER
The entire process, from the first idea to the final moment. I am there from day one: with the concept, the suppliers, the budget, the styling, and everything in between. You have one point of contact and don't have to worry about what still needs to be arranged – I take care of that.
What this entails:
Concept & vision
Together, we translate your ideas and design your dream wedding that is perfect from start to finish.
Budget guidance
I help you determine and manage your budget, think along about priorities, and negotiate where possible.
Suppliers
From photographer to florist: I select what suits you perfectly, engage the team, and confirm. You have one point of contact. I take care of the rest.
Invitations & papers
From the design and mailing of the invitations to the accompanying official documents, I keep track of everything so you don't have to.
Styling & atmosphere
Flowers, table decorations, wedding attire, music, and the menu. Everything is coordinated with the concept so that the day feels like a cohesive whole.
Logistics
Transport, hotel rooms, and accommodation are arranged. Including a tight schedule for the entire day so that everything (and everyone) is in the right place at the right time.
Day of guidance
I am present: in the background but always available, so that everything runs seamlessly.
WEDDING MANAGER
I advise you, you create the schedule and choose the suppliers. I step in and take charge. Not just on the day itself—but weeks beforehand. I contact all the suppliers and ensure that, as the master of ceremonies, I know exactly what needs to be done on the day itself.
What this entails:
Takeover of all supplier contacts
You choose the suppliers, then I take over the communication. I coordinate everything, monitor deadlines, and ensure everyone knows exactly what is expected.
Review and refine the script
I will go through your schedule in full and fine-tune the script where necessary. This ensures that not only the timing is right, but also the flow of the day.
Final check with all involved parties
In the final weeks, I check all details with suppliers and the venue. I confirm agreements, identify bottlenecks, and make adjustments where necessary.
Point of contact for suppliers & guests
I am the dedicated point of contact for suppliers, the venue, and guests. This way, you are completely spared from practical questions and last-minute matters.
Full coordination on the day itself
On the wedding day, I maintain an overview and ensure that everything is perfect down to the last detail. If something doesn't go as planned, I'll fix it before you even notice.
