No one drives home saying, “That schedule was absolutely fantastic.” They remember the atmosphere. The conversations. The feeling that everything just came together, without quite knowing why.

And that’s exactly what I do. While you focus on your guests or your presentation, I take care of everything you don’t want to worry about. Suppliers, logistics, planning, technical details and the hundred little things no one notices when they go right—but everyone notices when they go wrong.

Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a baby shower, an anniversary or a corporate event, I make sure you get to be present at your own event. Not as the organiser, but as the host.

From the initial idea to a fully developed concept with its own atmosphere, style, and story. So that it feels the way it should feel the moment someone steps inside.

 

Location & logistics

From finding the right location to arranging transport, parking, and everything else involved in logistics.

I help think about priorities and ensure that every euro goes where he does the most. No surprises afterwards.

Suppliers

Catering, decoration, entertainment, technical support, photography. I select, engage, and coordinate. You have one point of contact. I take care of the rest.

 

Styling & details

Decoration, table styling, welcome packages, and even thank-you gifts. The details that guests remember long after the event is over.

 

Coordination Day

On the day itself, I will be there. In the background, but always available. So that you can be fully present at your own event and don't have to think about anything else.
